Through our programs, we empower youth to take charge and lead initiatives that create positive changes and nurtures future leaders in our communities.
Darya inspired her best friend, Locklyn, to join her nonprofit. The girls work very hard to make hand crafted pens/bracelets and sell them to donate all the money to local organizations that help kids in need. Because of their passion to help others, they have raised more than $2600 for our community.

How it Started
Darya’s passion to help the homeless started at age 8 when she saw a homeless man in the shopping plaza and she went and gave him the money she had from her piggy bank. Ever since then, her passion has been to help the homeless and the underprivileged families of our community. She begged her mom to create a club for her to raise awareness and to help the homeless by raising funds and in-kind donations in order to provide food and shelter for the homeless. Darya started making beaded bracelets for fun and then her idea turned into beaded pens which she makes and sells. She decided to give all proceeds to charity. Her first round of donation of $1020 went to St. Matthew’s Home of Fort Myers women and children unit. After her best friend Locklyn joined, they made a $500 donation to ANA’s Friends for abused and neglected kids, $160 to Make A Wish, and another $620 to St. Matthew’s Home.
